This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from our online store.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving their order. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Clearance items, personalized products, and personal hygiene goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer support via email with your order number and return reason. 2. Wait for our official return authorization and detailed return instructions within 24–48 business hours. 3. Do not send back any items without our prior written approval.
Refund Terms
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, including defective products or incorrect item delivery.
